I had such a great response from my morning post, I thought I would do another one! I have added five more options to include into your morning routine to help you become a morning person. If you don’t know by now, I am a huge believer in vitamins. I love how easy it is to pop one into your mouth and get some extra nutrients. I have started taking vitamins each morning and have loved adding them into my morning routine.* I use the Centrum vitamins from Walgreens, I love the MulitGummies and the Vitamints, they have a new Raspberry flavor that is so yummy!

A big thing that has helped me wake refreshed is not falling asleep in bed watching a movie or something. Instead I fall asleep reading or talking with Jordan. We watch our TV shows in our family room then get ready for bed and go to sleep. We use to get ready for bed and then watch movies in bed on our laptop. We have found that it messes with our sleep. Ever since we have stopped I have noticed a difference in our mornings.
I have started food prepping, I will have on hand easy to make breakfast recipes so Jordan and I can have the energy and brain fuel we need to get us through the day. When I skip eating breakfast or even rush my breakfast meal I am so groggy by 3:00 pm. So be sure to eat a big breakfast.
You guys know I drink a lot of water! Drinking water in the morning helps wake your body up, it also helps boost your metabolism. I have started adding limes to my water. It helps wake up my senses, while also helping me feel refreshed. Adding fruits to your water is a huge detox trend. You should try it out!
Something else that helps me, is sleeping with my blinds open. It’s nice to wake up to the natural light that the sun rays bring into your bedroom each morning. I have found that it is a lot more peaceful to wake up to the sun as opposed to an alarming sound haha!
